1. What is Maintenance Contract?
Professional Edition users are recommended to have a maintenance contract with Tera Analysis. It includes:
- Hot-Line technical support via telephone, fax and e-mail.
- Software and documentation updates and Quality Assurance reports.
3-month maintenance is included in the initial purchase price. Annual maintenance service charge is 20% of the total purchase price.
