   A new approach to field modelling

QuickField is used in the courses of United States Particle Accelerator School

The US Particle Accelerator School provides educational programs in the field of beams and their associated accelerator technologies. It includes variety of classes oriented to students from both academia and national laboratories.

Craig Burkhart and Mark Kemp from SLAC National Accelerator lab, have selected QuickField as a tool for their course on Pulsed Power Engineering (taught form June 13 till June 17, 2011). Dr. Kemp considers QuickField to have a good combination of simplicity and computational power, and said "I think it has the right amount of features for this level of a course".
