Heart disease in spite of E=2000 N/m². This is a rather simple example. Not every problem must have a technical or scientific background. In this case it's something like a joke for demonstration purpose. It's a mechanical problem with Cartesian coordinates. One vertex of the object is fixed; another one is stressed in x-direction.
